What you are missing David is the correct tense in your statement.  It
should be "which I believe it _will_ replace."

Code/400 (a new version) and all the other tools will be integrated into the
new Eclipse based IDE over the next 12 months or so.  Undoubtedly some
features (notably in VAJ which I believe will not have the visual
composition piece initially) will step backwards a bit for a short period
before they are fully integrated.
