A more likely problem was somebody made a "copy" of Qprint and modified that to somthing other than defaults. A system upgrade will not change "user" print files.... Sounds like QSYS/QPRINT got modified or there is "another" QPRINT on the system.... Try wrkobj *all/qprint and see how many versions you come up with.
