I'm not sure intelligence or guts is relevant.  No doubt the reason it's

We knew this had to come sooner or later. I'm glad IBM had the
intelligence
(guts?) to clearly state the point of this PTF. I wonder if they refer to
this PTF internally as the Fast400 PTF? <G>
