Neil,

I know there are A LOT of networks out there I'm not aware of...  I
understand there are STRONG grassroots networks in 3rd-world countries like
England, for example (3rd-world in relation to US, as far as iSeries
goes...;-).

Is IB another listserv?  Some other kind of network?
