So, if not STRCPYSCN, then what...? BTW, I've used STRCPYSCN for troubleshooting, documentation and even replay-scripting. An Attn-menu with options to STR/ENDCPYSCN via a couple simple CL wrappers, output directed to new file members, a message sent to support to notify that the member was created for which user, and an additional simple RPG to read and display the records. Once in place, variations are endless. Users can log/document a lot of issues on their own.
