Are you in a Catch-22? That workstation can't start Management Central
Server because Management Central isn't enabled on that workstation? Can
you go to the console or some other enabled workstation and do it?

Subject: Management Central
Hi! I'm confident someone will be able to help. I am on OS 5.1, and I have
on my pc CAExpress 5.1.
Over the past few weeks I have been trying unsuccessfully to get into
management central. Under TCPIP servers it states that it is in the stopped
mode. I am unable to start it. Any suggestions? All I can see in the redbook
is to do a right click on the server in TCPIP and it should start.
Thanking you in advance for all the replies and help!
