When you created the APPC controller and device, did you use CRTCTLAPPC and
CRTDEVAPPC? Also, make sure that you created them with link type *ANYNW on
both systems. You may also need to do a WRKCFGL for your QAPPNRMT. You
should have an entry for your remote system names:

----------------------------APPN Remote
Locations-----------------------------
                   Remote Remote Control
Remote Network Local Control Point Location
Secure
Location ID Location Point Net ID
Password Loc
ADS APPN CORP ADS APPN
*NO

When you are adding one, there will be *NETATR in the Remote Network ID,
Local Location, and Remote Control Point columns. The only thing you will
need to change for a new system is the Remote Location and the Remote
Control point. Once you are back to the WRKCFGL, you may also need to add
your local system name to the QAPPNLCL list.
