RE: AS/400 Access via the Internet

I am not sure if this will fix that problem but i also have the cable modem
with Linksys router and 3 PC's connected to it.
When i connect to as/400 through VPN it seems that once the session is not
active for 5-10min router losing the 'connection'. I think my problem is
because i have FTP servers on other PC's and traffic fills out Linksys
routers tables.
What i do now is open MSDOS prompt and type:  ping Mysystem -t. It
constantly pinging my As/400 like every second and this is working  for my,
even inactive session is not dropped for 10 hours and more.
I hope it might help somebody.
