I am trying to run a command from my PC on the 400, but it connects as a
default to the wrong system.  How do I the command to connect to a specific
system.

Example:  Here's what I have in a .bat file:
rmtcmd STRQMQRY QMQRY(TRANSQA/CREATTABLE)

Example:  Here's what I get when I run it:

C:\Documents and Settings\userid\Desktop>rmtcmd STRQMQRY
QMQRY(TRANSQA/CREATTA
BLE)
