If you're using Exchange for email, you can use CDO/MAPI to get at the
details.

We wrote a small vb program that hooked into an Exchange mailbox.  It
was detatching attatchments and copying those to the AS/400 but if
you're using Exchange, the same MAPI APIs give you access to the body of
the message.
