The IBM advantage is not horsepower, although I am sure you can
build a big enough IBM box to dwarf the Sun. It will cost 4 times
as much, but hey.

The IBM advantage is that you can shoot a rocket propelled grenade
thru it and it will keep running.

(Don't really try this.)

However, I don't expect that to continue forever. IBM has been
spending gadzillions on research for the last ten years.

It tells you something when they have to put a do-nothing-alot
card in their server to slow it down enough so that the customers
can pay for it.

I expect them to come out with solid state disk at some point and
blow everyone away.
