    CPYF FROMFILE(DBLIB/DBFILE) TOFILE(QSYSPRT)

Or you could set up a printer file specifically for this purpose:

    CRTPRTF FILE(FCFC) CTLCHAR(*FCFC)

then

    CPYF FROMFILE(DBLIB/DBFILE) TOFILE(FCFC)
