Come on guys,

how many one line replys to a 1000 line email are you going to post?

I just got my 30th DIGEST of the day from midrange-l. It had 7 messages, 3
of which dominated 90% of the digest.

Those three posts each contained ONE line of new material.

Those three posts also included:

the email header of everyone who has posted to the same message, many many
times each.
3 copies of a rather large email that started on a different topic.
8 sets of the Midrange-l disclaimer tag lines.
7 sets of Al's tag lines with every phone number he's ever had, and email
addresses, urls, the works! :)
A whole lot of white space.

all for 3 or 4 sentences of actual new material.

I don't mean to get huffy or anything, but I subscribe to the digest so
that I don't have to observe, decifer and evaluate the importance of a blue
million email messages a day.

Now, I'm getting at least 20 digests a day, each one with only about 5 to
10% new content. The rest is junk.

It only takes a second. Cut out the repeated junk. quote a line or two.
it's not that hard people!

and now back to our regularly schedule program....
