If you look in your library list after you do a QSH (by doing a <F21> and
then typing in dsplibl)....is QHSELL in there ?
Sounds like it could be a library list issue.
I am on V4R5...so I really can't help out much.

Also....you should be able to view what's in the QSHELL library.
To see if there what commands are available to you in V4R2.

I know there are a lot of ptf's out there for QSH stuff even for V4R4 and
V4R5
So it wouldn't surprise me if on V4R2 there is "limited" use of QSH at best.

I'm sure this is covered in the archives, but I can't get the Midrange web
page to open.

When I am in QSHELL and I  try to use any command except CD I get the
following message:

qsh: 001-0019 Error found searching for command ls. No such path or
directory

I am on V4R2.
