Well, what it is saying isn't that your posts are showing up in HTML,
but that they show up with more than just the text alternative. It seems
like your email package thinks it is okay to send your text composed
document with the text/plain mime type as an alternative. It might send
the text/html as the default or something, but we don't really see that.

Now, doesn't Outlook go through a server? If you have an Outlook server
that you send your mail through, it might be the options there that
control whether or not the text/plain remains the default.

I only bring this all up because I know that in Netscape I have the
choice of "Text only" or "Both" and if I make midrange.com pick out
which one it likes best, it will put the header above in. I don't know
if you, or the admin of your mail server, has a similar option.
