attachments are stripped by midrange-l.
However - I went to the iNation site last night, and on the Privileges page
 http://www-1.ibm.com/servers/eserver/iseries/nation/privileges/
there is a iSeries Services Network and the
"the iSeries Nation Citizen Technology Exploration pilot program "
i filled in the form and sent last night. got a response back this morning,
quite detailed, and have not fully digested. I'm sure this is the same
program Andrew is talking about.
will have to read later, but suggest you fill in the form, or
