In short, no.

Keep in mind that ILE "programs" don't have source; "modules" have source in 
the sense of OPM programs having source.

AFAIK, short of some form of decompiling, the only way that even approaches 
retrieving ILE CL source from a compiled module would be first to compile it 
with DBGVIEW(*LIST). You can then get a view of the source via a DMPOBJ of the 
*MODULE object; look in the secondary associated space. If the module is bound 
into a *PGM object, then you can dump that program as well.

(Obviously, IBM could easily provide RTVxxxSRC against an object compiled with 
the right options for ILE CL, or any other language, but chose not to. I assume 
they had their reasons.)

Maybe someone else has a better idea.
