And MSDE gets killed (not killed, but it specifically has performance
degradation after 5 connections.  This is specifically coded in by MS so you
need to go with the full version) after 5 concurrent connections since it is
not a full MS SQL version.  So, he has no database access of any importance
after 5 concurrent connections.
