Right.  The raw server count is only one factor.  Considered alone, it's not
too scientific.  More data is needed.  You might also consider performance
benchmarks.  A $3,000 Wintel server can server about as many static pages as
a $30,000 iSeries server.

It seems to me that the iSeries value proposition is a factor only when
there's an interest to generate dynamic content, or deploy database
applications to the Web.  The problem is that once you're using IIS for
static content, there's a tendency to use it for dynamic content.
