I suspect you used STRDBMON (Start Database Monitor), a very handy tool.

But note that this can only report on the AS/400 side and really only for the 
actual database part. If, for example, the initial request was passed through 
the Jet engine on a Windows client, or if you have exit programs monitoring 
server requests, or if a number of other possibilities exist, you might see 
only a part of the cost of accessing that database.
