RUNQRY validity checker program

Happy New Year Midrange community !

Our production environment do not allow us to disable the nteractive usage
of the wrkqry/runqry commands.
... long story .. the power users that use and abuse the wrkqry/runqry
commands also control our budget.

I will like to use a validity checker program that will perform a
customized function only and only if
the user is running interactively, during the Monday thru Friday weekdays
and between the hours of 9:00 am
and 5:00 pm. The function will change the execution priority, defaul wait
time, query estimator... etc.

I am sure this should be a fairly easy task to achieve.

I would like to ask the Midrange List if anyone would liek to contribute a
Validity Checker program for the
RUNQRY command with the number of the parameters required ?

Just one of those things where the clock keeps on ticking ... and our
performance goes down the tubes and
.. I am sure you have heard these things before
