I have used Xerox Laser Printing Systems to perform that kind of
printing
volume. It required an interface to attach it to the AS/400 but it worked
well and was able to print in a large variety of formats as well as MICR,
Images, Logos, and Signature printing. I am sure that there are other
vendors that you would want to check out. Remember it will not be cheap for
good quality and reliability.

You will get several suggestions on "how to do it" but I would
suggest that you must have VERY serious printing capability to crank
out this much volume in one wack with images. I assume you got
somthing a little stronger than a standard table top laser ???
