We avoid this issue by creating the actual trigger program that does nothing
but pass the b4 & after buffers to either a data queue or a second program
for the business logic.  Assuming you did NOT use IBM's example trigger
program that hard coded the trigger offset information, you wouldn't have to
remove and re-add the trigger program at V5R1M0.
