No argument at all. Someone would have to try very hard to convince me that
they needed a bells and whistles interface to my COA. As you say it depends
on your business goals.

Actually, I'd even say it depends on your audience, if it's internal then
the 5250-model for a web page is great, you get there fast and easy. It's
when you move your audience to the public, be that partners, vendors or
*PUBLIC that I think the need for a more robust amazon-like interface comes
into play.
