I assume you have read Read This First & Memo To Users For OS/400 (SF98066).
It has a list of many changes.
One this list (or the rpg-l) the other day was a warning to anyone
who hardcoded trigger program buffer positions. you must use the
offsets in the data structure, some positions changed in 5.1.
