Well, I don't know what's in the package you got, but I wouldn't think
of it as a "conspiracy" for IBM to ship their modification. I think
they've been pretty clear they will be using their license agreements
and the PTF channel to deal with this issue. If that package doesn't
have the mod, one coming soon will.
