You can set it to run on the 13th of this month, then after it has run, reset
it to run on the 13th of next month.

You can set it to run on the last day of every month, without any such reset
needed ... I have one that sends a message to me, reply requested, reminding
me that rent is now due & to delete me (the message) when it has been paid &
that if I pay it any later than 5th of month, there are extra charges.
