Okay, I got a reply from him:

I apologize for not having all of the configuration information
available, and am in the process of obtaining that information.  I guess
I jumped the gun on posting these systems without specs, but to be
honest, I wasn't given those details.

Here is the story behind these systems:

They were acquired (by a client of mine) at a bancruptcy auction by
Heilig Meyers furniture company. Between 130-140 seemingly identical
servers (one from each of their locations).  There are no monitors, but
there are a lot of cabling that came with the bundle.  I do not know if
operating systems are present or if they have been cleaned up.  The
servers are all solid black (if that helps you).  The reason I am asking
so little per system is because I don't know much about what I have, and
simply wanted to move them quickly (they are takimg up a lot of space in
my client's warehouse.  I am in the process of running serial numbers to
find out the general specs, and will update you with that information as
it becomes available, as well as update the details section of my ebay
listing.  You can expect some details by early next week.
