Hi All,

     I've a batch mode RPG program which requires to create & delete
offline HTML Pages in one of the folders under root, instead of qdls.

Can anybody be able to help me with answers for these questions ?

How to create or copy a HTML File under root's folder ?
How to Delete a HTML File under root's folder ?
