There is a command in TAA Tools called RSTALLLIB, which will slurp down (a
technical term) every library on a tape and restore it.

Is there any way to restore all libraries from a SAVLIB tape (did not use
*NONSYS or *ALLUSR) without specifying multiple RSTLIB commands, specifying
the libraries individually?
