You'll find the necessaries if you do a WRKMBRPDM over file
QUSRTOOL/QATTQM
Perhaps adding QUSRTOOL to your library list might just be all you need to
do.

While trying to run the TAATOOL command TOFCVTSF, I received
the message object TOFQMQRY not found.  I looked system-wide
and found nothing.

This is part of an attempt to convert our OV/400 so we have
maintainable help text.  Does anyone know what this object is,
or where it can be found?  According to our tech support here,
whatever remains from TAATOOLS is all we have.

Either a description of what the object is (I suspect it may
be a query of query file by the name), or a copy of the file
would be appreciated.
