Here is an example of what I have done in the past to create a remote
output queue and an associated printer

     CRTOUTQ    OUTQ(QUSRSYS/OUTQ) RMTSYS(*INTNETADR) +
               RMTPRTQ(RAW) AUTOSTRWTR(1) MSGQ(SUPCENT) +
               CNNTYPE(*IP) DESTTYPE(*OTHER) +
               TRANSFORM(*NO) USRDTATFM(TSPRWPR) +
               MFRTYPMDL(*HP4) INTNETADR(xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx) +
               DESTOPT('xaix xautoq') SEPPAGE(*NO)
     CRTDEVPRT  DEVD(OUTQ) DEVCLS(*VRT) TYPE(3812) MODEL(1) +
               ONLINE(*NO) CTL(QVIRCD0001) FONT(11) +
               MSGQ(SUPCENT) TRANSFORM(*YES) +
               MFRTYPMDL(*HPII)

Make sure that the output queue is created in QUSRSYS.

Note:  TSPRWPR is a C program that is used to perform print transformation.
It is not required, however, it does provide "pagerange" support along
other functions.  The instructions on how to create this program exist in
QUSRTOOL/QATTINFO(TSPRWPRI).
