Map a drive on the PC to the 400 like  \\my400\backups\pcfiles

Then you can either use a zip utility like PKzip, WinZip and say the you want
to store the zipped file in \my400\pcfiles.  Of course, my400 in the system
name of your 400.  Also a better method would be to use Backupexec, Backup
MyPC software from Viratas and say that you want to back up to a file, like a
SAVF, and the file would be G:\backups\pcfiles.  This would give you a record
of what was saved plus you have an automated method of doing it unattended.
