Ensure that your CE has applied all possible PTF's for Service Director.
There are some entries for exclusions which should reduce piddly errors
from being reported.

external device errors to IBM

Since we upgraded to V5R1, all of our external device errors (such as
printer or display failed) in WRKPRB is automatically sent to IBM service.
Since problems with our printers (or display devices) can be resolved
internally and are not on IBM maintenance, we would prefer WRKPRB not send
these to IBM. Has anyone else figured out how to stop these transmissions
without loosing the automatic transmissions for everything else? All
suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.
