We have seen problems such as a 'percieved' power supply problem that did
this. Additional information on line two of the lcd said something like "P02
  xxxxxxxx" where there was an SRC code listed that reported a power
failure. (HEY Not saying there have been zero PS prolems on the 820's..) In
this case an IPL (read M$ Fix) cleared the error but even without the IPL
there was no operational problem with the system.
