CA Express 5.1 - PC5250 Hotspots

Anyone else finding that with CA Express 5.1 (C/A service pack SI01907 -
on a Win2000Pro PC with Service pack 2) that it simply refuses to save
your Hotspots settings for very long ?
I am continually having to go into Edit/Preferences/Hotspots and unselect
the nn checkmark, select the two 3D button checkboxes, and the Enter
string at cursor position.  The I do File/Save.  Opening the same session
later on usually finds all the settings set back to default.
