Thank you all for your response, here is what I ended up with in a simple
CL program (it works!).

CPY        OBJ('/MPATEE/sxrcy.htm') +
             TODIR('/QDLS/mpatee/sxrcy.htm')
SNDDST     TYPE(*DOC) TOINTNET((xxx@abm.com) +
             (xxx@yahoo.com)) DSTD('SIOUX recovery +
             document') DOC(SXRCY.HTM) FLR(MPATEE)

I have tried many times but can not send an attachement.  Could you post a
command sample or t he parameter key word plus the sample value.
