We have several clients that use Citrix and thin-clients. One is a bank
that has done a great job implementing it and loves it. Many banks are
going that route for security and audit purposes.

This particular installation has created VB scripts and programs to make it
easy to install new users and to dynamicly make changes to user rights via
point-and-click to a user database. They really have a slick setup that
makes administration a breeze. I have seen other installations where
administration and user setup is a huge headache. Under Citrix they control
what applications users have access to, including access to the internet,
and they even found a way to limit what web sites a user has access to.

Also, this client has replaced all of their Wyse thin terminals with IBM's.
They said they just had too much trouble with the Wyse models and it wasn't
worth the price difference. They have had no problems at all with the IBM
units.
