The description of the presystem request exit program can be found at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/html/as400/v5r1/ic2924/info/apis/xsysreq.htm
and the description of the QWTSEPTX API that is used to control which of
the eight registered presystem request exit programs are called for a user
profile can be found at
http://publib.boulder.ibm.com/html/as400/v5r1/ic2924/info/apis/qwtsetpx.htm

If you plan to use a presystem request exit program to prevent a user from
using the system request functions (such as TFRSECJOB and ENDRQS) during a
critical part of an application, then the application and the presystem
request exit program need to work together to determine when the system
request key is allowed and when it is not allowed. One way to do this would
be to base it on the value in a data area in QTEMP.
