Scott ... Just here to reiterate what Chuck already stated ... we are only familiar with their fax product also -- FASTFAX -- (and WindowFax), and their product/upgrades are stable and reliable and Tech Support is terrific! Although we haven't had to call support in quite some time either. Karen
