First can you ping yahoo from a command line.  If so, your IP configuration
is correct.  If not start by configuring your domain and DNS servers.
CHGTCPDMN

The other thing to test is to see if you can telnet into port 25 at Yahoo's
mail server.  If you get a connection type HELO to say hi.  If you get that
far, well it should work.  Next is setting up the DSTQ and directory
entries.  Let us know where you are at.
