I'll volunteer to compile a list of people experiencing this problem, and
share the list with all those involved. If you're interested, please send me
a note off-list with your name, contact info, and any related PMR #'s.

The biggest challenge right now seems to be getting IBM to investigate this
problem. Even though we have a support contract, they won't get involved
unless I write them a blank cheque, which they intend to burn through at a
rate of $395/hr. If enough of us speak up, I believe that we can convince
them to provide the necessary assistance.
