IBM's VARPG is RPG IV based. Also at COMMON in Minneapolis Bob Cozzi
mentioned a PC and Linux RPG IV compiler that was under development.  I just
checked his web pages and don't see any mention of it but I'll copy him on
this note and he can maybe post the details.
