A little clarification.

I'm  really not doing a FTP.    I have the Verizon Phonebook on the IFS,
I have an executable that runs on the browser when  you hit with a URL on
my Intra-net that displays the phonebook.   If you are logged in - No
problem it displays (asks you whether you want to copy it to your C drive
or view it online).

For users that don't have a AS/400 signon(and/or Not Logged in)   it asks
for a user profile and password.

We would like people on our Intra-net just to be able to display the
phonebook whether they have a User Profile or not.
