this means there is problem during the lookup of the local IP address.

You need to be sure of the following:

in CFGTCP option 1:
 Internet         Subnet
 Address          Mask
 192.168.1.1      255.255.255.0

Option 10:
 Internet         Host
 Address          Name
 192.168.1.1       'host.domain.com'
                'host'
(there is a secondary host name defined)

Option 12:
Host name  . . . . . . . . . . .   'host'
