Office Vision in V5R1 and the new VAE requirements.

Folks:

Is anybody using Office Vision in V5R1?.   If so are you finding it
works with all the features?   V4R5 is the last release it is supported.
 I recently heard that it will work on V5R1 but IBM will not guarantee it.

Also, has anybody heard about the new VAE (Value Added Enhancement)
requirements for BP which prevents them from selling hardware outside
150 miles radius if no VAE software like the expensive Websphere (not
the 57xx-WDS) is added in?

Here is the blurb from announcement 502-046.
This announcement corrects the information in several IBM
e(logo)server iSeries software-related announcements about the sale
of iSeries software without a Value Added Enhancement (VAE) and
further emphasizes that IBM will bill applicable Subscription After
License charges for software subscription.

VAE REQUIREMENTS
A VAE is required to market all versions of software subscription for
the AS/400 (R) and iSeries.
This supersedes all prior announcements which contain a Business
Partner Supplement section that states there was no VAE requirement
for any version of software subscription.
