David, simple question: If you have a problem with the powered by Apache
HTTP server, will IBM give you support?  What about Tomcat?  I know that
with WebSphere, if I have a configuration problem that prevents initial
WebSphere installation, IBM will sit on the phone with me until we get it
resolved.  Will they do the same with Tomcat?  Will the Tomcat developer sit
on the phone with me until it's installed?  This is the type of support I
and my clients are asking about.  Not bug fixes, but implementation support.
