I know you've already decided to not look at linux because of support issues, but today IBM made an announcement regarding this issue: http://lwn.net/daily/suse-ibm.php3 800 users is no problem for linux, any BSD, sun, or iSeries. If you want domino then stick with iSeries. But the alternatives are very attractive. (I know the original poster wasn't interested necessarily in alternatives, but a cost analysis includes more choices than microsoft and ibm, though some of those choices may not be appropriate for a given organization) James Rich james@eaerich.com
