What type of Lexmark do you have?

Normally, you should have an IPDS card inside the Lexmark to do IPDS
printing on the Lexmark.

Alternatively, you could send PCL5 control codes to the printer to change
fonts.  These cound be set up as constants inside the externally described
printer file.
