Sorry, I was just pointing out (and I may be mistaken here, please
correct me if I'm wrong) that the COMMON is an
annual meeting of people primarily interested in IBM solutions, and technology.
Their solutions to problems involve mostly solutions, software and
hardware that relate to IBM tools.
So then, in order to guage the relative success, or lack thereof, of a
'Luggable-Huggable', one need look no further
than the darlings at COMMON.
Christ, am I the only person on this mailing list, beside Syd, that
thinks out of the Blue box!
'Everyone at COMMON' is not the whole enchelada,,,excuse my Mexican..

If they had 'lugged' that monstrosity to a Computer Expo here, the
response would probably have been comedic.

You must have mis-read my post.
It was not for IBM people.
It was merely initially displayed at COMMON's expo.
It was available to everyone.
"Luggable-Huggable" was a nick name users gave it. NOT IBM.
